Taco Soup

There are so many variations with taco soup. Take this recipe and have fun with it!

Taco Soup:
1 - 2lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (I used 3 TBSP dehydrated onions)
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 large can tomato juice
1 8oz can tomato sauce
3 cans of beans, various kinds, drained
1 can corn, drained

Brown meat until cooked; drain. Add chopped onion & continue cooking with meat until onions are tender. Add taco seasoning mix & stir well. Add tomato juice, tomato sauce, beans, and corn. Stir mixture & allow to simmer for 15-30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, cheese, & sour cream. Print Friendly and PDF Pin It
