I got this recipe from a friend of mine, Janie, who is a fabulous cook in her own right. I love this soup - it goes so well with this roll recipe. Yum. I might just have to make this soup now.
Potato Soup:
½ to ¾ cup water
½ cup onion (chopped) - I use dehydrated onions
3 tbsp butter
1 cup diced carrots
Simmer the above until tender. Add:
3 (10oz) cans of cream of potato soup
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2-3 cans of milk
Shredded cheese
Mix together. Enjoy.
