Cheesecake

Some people are afraid of baking a real cheesecake. I will admit - it takes some skill in determining when the cheesecake is done, but with practice it becomes quite easy. This is a great recipe to try if you're just learning to make cheesecake.

Cheesecake

Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs or Biscoff cookie crumbs

3 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp melted butter

Filling:

4 pkg (8oz each) cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

3 tbsp flour

1 tbsp vanilla

1 cup sour cream

4 eggs

Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, & butter; press into 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 300° for 10 minutes.

Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, & vanilla until very well blended. Add sour cream & mix. Blend in eggs. Pour over crust.

Bake: @ 300° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Let cool.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

½ cup sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp vanilla. Mix together. Fold in ½ cup whipped cream whipped. Spread over cheesecake and chill over night.
