Hamburger Stroganoff

My mom made this meal often when I was growing up. It's a very easy and comforting meal. You can use cooked rice instead of the noodles.

Hamburger Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS:

1lb hamburger meat

1 onion, diced

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 can (from soup can) of milk

1/3 cup sour cream

Dumpling noodles, cooked

Can of peas, drained

Salt

Pepper

Saute onions in a little bit of oil, until soft; stir in ground beef. When cooked through, add worcestershire sauce, cream of chicken soup and milk. Heat through. Add sour cream. Stir in drained dumpling noodles and peas. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
