Chocolate Dirt Pudding Dessert is something that I ate in college. It was such a fun idea and great for serving to kids. I found this recipe here.
Dirt Pudding Dessert
INGREDIENTS:8oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
3-1/2 cups milk
3.4oz instant vanilla pudding mix
3.4oz instant chocolate pudding mix
12oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 package Oreo cookies

Gummy worms, optional
HOW TO PREPARE:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Gradually stir into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping.
In a food processer, process the Oreo cookies until pulverized. In a bowl or clean terra cotta pot, spread some of the cookie crumbs and then layer the pudding mixture over. Repeat layers, ending with cookie crumbs on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with gummy worms, if desired.
