Fried Fish
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups flour
1 ½ cups milk
1 ½ cups water
6 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp fish seasoning
Thin fish filets
HOW TO PREPARE:
Whisk together all ingredients. Dip fish in batter and fry at 350 degrees.
