I found this recipe here. We make it all the time, including on holidays!
Herbed Corn
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups frozen corn
water
1/2 cup butter, cubed
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
HOW TO PREPARE:
In a large saucepan, add corn and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until corn is tender, 3-4 minutes. Drain; stir in the remaining ingredients.
