Chicken Salad Croissants

I am not a fan of mayonnaise. I avoid it as much as possible. But this recipe? So tasty! My mom shared this recipe with me. 

Chicken Salad Croissants
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken – about 3 to 4 breasts
1 cup chopped celery or water chestnuts – I prefer chestnuts
3 or 4 chopped green onions
1/2 cup finely chopped Apple
1/2 cup seedless red and green grapes, cut in half
2/3 cup Mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper. 

Mix, chill, serve on croissants or Hawaiian sweet rolls.
