Thanksgiving Turkey Brine

I highly, highly recommend brining your Thanksgiving turkey. I admit that I was never a big fan of turkey. That is, until I brined it! AMAZING! I prefer the Williams Sonoma Turkey Brine. I ordered mine online this year in October. It's a good thing, too, because they are sold out online now. I recommend buying TWO when you get them online, so you can have them in stock. Also, if you find them in the store after Thanksgiving, they are usually marked down in price. That is a good time to stock up!

After you brine the turkey, I recommend baking it in one of these bags:

You can simply brine your turkey by bringing some water to a boil, stirring in enough salt to turn the water into sea water. Let cool, then place turkey in water and set for a day or so. Then, charcoal GRILL your turkey!! It's amazing and takes about 1/3 of the time to cook. AMAZING!!
