Sour Cream Bundt Cake

This is the best bundt cake recipe ever! It's so moist and delicious. I love it and I know you will, too! This is my modification of the recipe that I found here. It can be difficult to remove from the pan without the cake sticking. Be sure to grease the pan very well.

Sour Cream Bundt Cake

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup butter, softened

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup sour cream

---------

brown sugar

cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar together until light. Add eggs. Beat in vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sour cream. Mix well.

Pour half of the batter into a greased bundt pan. Sprinkle a little brown sugar and cinnamon on batter. Top with remaining batter. Sprinkle a little brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done. Let cool a little before removing from pan. 16 Servings.
