Pumpkin Pie

This is what I make for Thanksgiving, in addition to the Cream pies. Yum!

Pumpkin Pie:

¾ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cloves, ground
2 eggs
15 oz pumpkin
12 oz evaporated milk

Mix together. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees, baking for 40-50 minutes or until done. Cool a room temperature. Print Friendly and PDF Pin It
