Pie Crust

I'm not a fan of pie crust, but I am of this recipe and I'm certain that you will be, too!

Pie Crust:

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 ¼ cup shortening
1 egg
5-6 tbsp cold water
1 tsp vinegar

Mix flour & salt; cut in shortening until mixed well. Beat water, egg & vinegar-stir into flour mixture. Equals 2-3 crusts. Print Friendly and PDF Pin It
