Hamburger Crescent Roll Casserole

My mom made this when I was young. It is a satisfying all-in-one dinner.






Hamburger Crescent Roll

1 lb hamburger meat

Minced onion

1 small can tomato sauce

¼ tsp of cumin, garlic salt

1 tsp paprika

Small can of mushrooms, drained

2 cans grean beans, drained

2 cans crescent rolls

1 egg

2 cups shredded cheese


Brown hamburger meat with onion. Add tomato sauce, cumin, & garlic salt. Stir in paprika, mushrooms and green beans. In greased 13 x 9 inch pan, roll out one can of crescent rolls. In a small bowl, mix egg and 1 cup cheese together. Spread on top of crescent roll. Pour meat/bean mixture over top. Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese. Top with crescent roll. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
