Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole

This is a recipe similar to what my mom made when I was growing up. I didn't learn to appreciate broccoli it until I was an adult.

Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole:
1 ½ cups cooked rice
2 cups chicken, cooked & cubed
Frozen broccoli florets, heated

Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice

Mix all sauce ingredients; grease casserole dish (13 x 9 in). Mix all together and pour into pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Print Friendly and PDF Pin It
