Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake
INGREDIENTS:
2 ¾ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp poppy seeds
¾ cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
⅓ cup lemon juice
Dash of lemon peel
¼ cup oil
1 cup sour cream
Lemon Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
HOW TO PREPARE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Add lemon juice, lemon peel, and oil. Add dry ingredients and sour cream. Pour into greased 10 inch bundt pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Remove and invert cake onto wire rack. When cooled, remove from pan and drizzle with glaze.
