Hawaiian Haystacks
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup milk
3 cups cooked rice
Toppings: shredded cheese, peas, coconut, pineapple, chinese noodles, green onions, etc
HOW TO PREPARE:
Mix the soup and milk in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until hot. Whisk in sour cream. Stir in chicken. Ladle some soup over rice and add toppings.
