Chicken Strips
INGREDIENTS:
8 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp seasoned salt
6 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp pepper
10 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Cooking Oil for Frying
HOW TO PREPARE:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the eggs & milk and beat with a wire whisk until they’re combined. In another medium mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder and spices then stir to combine. Heat oil on medium heat - not too hot. Dip your chicken strips into the egg, then dip them in the flour and then dip them back into the egg mixture then back into the flour again. In total, you’re dipping in egg twice and flour twice. After your oil is hot, add 3-4 chicken strips to your skillet and fry until they’re golden brown. Once you’ve added them, don’t touch them for 60-90 seconds.
