Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

You know I'm a food snob, so I'll just come out and say it: I've tried other people's pb kiss cookies and they have NOTHING on this recipe. These are beautiful and delicious. You will not fail making these, unless, of course, you don't make this recipe. ;)

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
1 ¼ cup flour
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 bag Hershey kisses

HOW TO PREPARE:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together. Roll into balls & roll in granulated sugar. Bake for 8 minutes. When the tops of the cookies are beginning to “crack,” remove from oven and place unwrapped kiss in center of each cookie.
