Easy Mint Brownies

Easy Mint Brownies:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cups chocolate syrup
4 eggs
½ cup butter

Beat until smooth. Bake @ 350° for 25-30 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.

Cool & frost with mint frosting:

2 cups powdered sugar
½ cup butter
1tbsp water
1tsp mint extract
2 drops green food coloring
