Chicken Tetrazzini

This recipe makes a LOT and it is delicious. #comfortfood

Chicken Tetrazzini

32 oz uncooked pasta
1 cup butter
1 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 cups chicken broth
4 cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup water
6 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups frozen corn
2 cup parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta as directed. While spaghetti is cooking, melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt & pepper. Cook stirring constantly until mixture is smooth & bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in broth & whipping cream. Heat until boiling-stirring constantly. Boil & stir for 1 minute. Drain pasta. Stir pasta, water & chicken into sauce. Stir in frozen corn. Pour into ungreased 8 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly in the center.
