Bubble Pizza

A recipe from my youth. You can substitute pepperoni for the beef or just omit it altogether for an even easier dinner. You can cut this recipe in half, also, just use an 8x8 pan instead.

Bubble Pizza:
2 cans uncooked biscuits—cut into fourths
1-2 lbs ground beef, cooked
1 can spaghetti sauce
1-2 cups grated cheese

Drop biscuit pieces into greased 13 x 9 casserole dish. Mix beef & sauce—pour over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese—bake for 10 minutes longer or until done. Print Friendly and PDF Pin It
